It would be nice to see another version of transport tycoon, although a great game at the moment there are many areas in which it could be improved. There are already many TTD websites suggesting improvements, I have read them all, and I have tried to only suggest things other people have not. Such improvements could be implied to:

The danger is that if it is made too complicated the game will loose part of its charm, and people will not want to play it, so perhaps there should be an option to turn them off and on, so that people can go round a sort of learning curve rather than being thrown in the deep end to begin with, so it is commercially viable as a game. However Transport Tycoon is almost like a cult game, where only a few people play it, but greatly enjoy it, so more people need to play it, to increase the demand. I do not know whether or not they will release a new version, but you can help, so please write to microprose to tell them if they released another version of Transport tycoon you would buy it, thanks.
Perhaps if you did write to microprose your message could go along the lines of:
If Microprose were to release a sequel to Transport tycoon deluxe I would be prepared to pay a large amount of money for it, and I would tell everyone I know what a brilliant game it is and advise them to buy it.
