When I compressed my hard drive I lost a lot of data, including some of my scenarios. However I had the saved games and from them converted them into scenarios (don't ask, its complicated to do). So that is the reason for finding the odd huge company headquarters sitting around. You may want to consult the Download instructions Here are some of interest:
Flat land - I worked to get all flat land, it is very helpful when creating a new scenario to have all land rather than all water. There is water at the centre and around the edges.
River Ways - I am proud of this one, as I think they look like genuine rivers. All towns and industries have been placed by the river, so you can use ships.
Big Business - Strategically placed industries at opposite ends of the world, and you can get 4 primary industries within the catchment area of one station. Updated as of 9/30/97
Urban Hell - Where has all the lush countryside gone? How far can you go into the wilderness? Wanted to see endless urban buildings? Look no further. Updated as of 9/30/97
Desert - This one is not so obvious, however I have placed industries so that you can feed two desert towns to make them grow, and collective industries with centralised stations.
Big Terminus - The scenario so you can build your own Mega rail system.
South East England - There is a scenario of west England that comes with the game, as that is around where Chris Sawyer lives. However, seeing as I live in south-east England, I decided to make a scenario of it.
The British Isles - Oh yes, this time I decided to put the whole British Isles on one map, using atlases to get the land forms and town names and placement, and I also attempted to get the placement of industries right using economic distribution maps. My Masterpiece!
Snow Infrastructure - industries and towns placed so they can be linked by rail using a centralised network. I played this scenario and saved it as Oli Maglev, which can be downloaded here.
