The High Speed Train Webring

What is it?

The High Speed Train (HST) Webring is a way of linking HST related pages on the 'Net. It organizes the pages into a "ring" structure, allowing web surfers to traverse forward or backward through the pages. Webring.org provides the server for this, see their site for more information on webrings.

Anybody who maintains a high speed rail related page may add their page to the ring. Before they become an official part of the ring, however, they must add the HST Webring links to their page (see below). If you have any questions please e-mail me

Click here if you want to modify your site information. Type in your password and site ID. If you forget your password, or have problems please send me an e-mail.

Click here for the statistics of the webring. Note statistics only give the number of people who have arrived at your site by clicking "next". A lot more may visit through other options.

How do I join?

Please read the rules if you are interested in joining:

1. The site must be related to high speed trains. This can be technical, descriptive, political etc. as long as it is to do with high speed trains and related issues.
2. The options "next site" "join" "previous site" must appear on the site. Webmasters can organise these links at their desecration although I have given some options.
3. Only one webring account may be set up for one page
4. I am in no way liable for any bad things that may arise out of this service.
5. Failure to comply with these rules will mean removal from the ring.

If you agree to the above then you are ready. First of all submit your site information:

After filling out the form, you will receive a User ID. You should record your password and ID, you may need them later if you want to change your site information.

Adding code to your page

Secondly you must add webring links to your pages. Below are some possibilities, but you can design your own, you must provide links to previous site and next site and join, donated by a *. The possible links are listed below:

If you don't want to design your own layout for the links, I have made a few options that you can cut and paste into your HTML although in each case you MUST replace YOUR_ID with your site ID, otherwise the code will not work. Feel free to modify the code of all of the options I have provided.
